Returns & Exchanges
Standard Policy
I happily accept returns or exchanges for online purchases through the Sweet Szeretet website.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged
Due to nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Return Policy
Sweet Szeretet offers FREE returns on NON CUSTOMIZED items for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. Your store credit will be in the form of an E-gift card which will be available within 5-10 days after we receive and process the return. Each E-gift card will expire one (1) years after the original issue date. 
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges on NON CUSTOMIZED items as long as the product was not on sale, discontinued, used, washed, or damaged. Promotional items are not exchangeable.
If the color you ordered isn’t what you expected or you'd like a different color please reach out to sweetszeretet@gmail.com. Please allow up to 5-10 days for processing after we receive the returned item. Our team will reach out if we have any questions.
