Shipping Policy

All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

​

  • Shipping of items occurs during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm EST, excluding all major holidays. 

  • All NON CUSTOMIZED orders require a processing time of 7 business days before they can be shipped out, regardless of which shipping service you choose. The shipping service chosen at checkout is based on the estimated speed at which the carrier will deliver your package once it is shipped out and has no effect on the speed at which your order will be processed.

  • All CUSTOMIZED orders require a processing time of 3-4 Weeks, I will be in communication with you if that changes to less or more time.

  • During peak gift giving seasons processing may take additional time.

  • USPS is unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates for any order.

  • Any given estimated shipping dates are subject to change.

  • Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice.
